One You Love Homecare Nashville Tennessee’s mission is to enable clients to remain independent at home while maintaining dignity, good health, mental awareness, and a positive mindset thus improving the quality of life for them and their family members.
One You Love Homecare Nashville was born from a recognition that there was a void in the availability of home care services for our senior community. It began with our own family. My father lives alone and his nearest family members live nine hours away. The challenges faced for ensuring a safe environment that fostered activities of daily living and socialization were overwhelming. Dad had a fall and we learned that he was not eating properly, resulting in a potassium deficiency. What first began as a need to ensure he had a clean and safe environment, quickly turned into an understanding that his needs went far beyond what were clear to us. We needed to find a company that would provide care in a dignified and compassionate way; a company that would treat our father like family.
Pam has always been a caregiver to everyone in her circle. This extended to her clients and she continuously found that she was providing care to people who had originally procured services from her housekeeping business. Pam provided loving care to many friends and neighbors over the years and, in many cases, did so through end of life. Pam provided care from her heart, with no expectation of incorporating that into a business model.
When we understood the extensive needs of those in our community, we realized so many were experiencing what we had experienced with my father. We wanted to make an impact and expand on our desire to see that everyone has access to compassionate care, allowing them to age in place with dignity.
One You Love Homecare was a business model that spoke to our hearts. With a shared mission, we want you to know, at One You Love Homecare, we are not just caregivers, we are family.
